You will take calls in German and English and have to resolve and troubleshoot the queries. Depending on your experience and career prospects the successful candidates will support users in an outsourced helpdesk position, or troubleshoot complex IT Systems. Depending on your experience and expertise we have a variety of role from 1st level technical support to senior IT Engineer.<br /> <br /> Skills: The ideal candidates will possess native level German, with fluent English, a minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service, technical support or sales role and a desire to live and work in South America.
