- 2-3 years of previous experience in Human Resources management/Payroll
- Computer skills, MS Office package, other human resource management applications
- Knowledge of foreign languages:
• English advanced level (written, read, use conversational language)
• A second European language (Poland/Germany) advanced level (written, read, use conversational language)

Job description:
As a Human Resources Shared Service (HRSS) Senior Executive, you will be in charge with the following tasks:

- Validates candidate documents and ensure colaboration between candidates and agency in the Beground Verifycation process
- Creates employee ID through company/ client tool for all the new hires as part of Onbording process
Introduces/updates the information related to payroll and social security contributions and/or personnel administration in the specific application of a country in case he/she replaces one of these positions as back-up;
- Process the information according to standard operating procedure agreed with the customer
- Prepares reports related to the work volumes required by the customer;
- Update the standard operating procedures and the process map in accordance with the the changes requested by the client and according to the changes which occur from a legislative point of view;
- Prioritizes accordingly the requests he/she receives from team leader in order to meet the accuracy criteria as per the SLAs made known at department level;
- Manages transaction activities to ensure that all requests from the client are processed
- Contributes proactively to the constant improvement and standardization of existing processes;
- Offers other team members support for continuous improvement of the processes and the implementation of the proposed solutions;
- At the request of the supervisor (Team Leader), performs or reports on the progress achieved by himself/herself of any process related to the country / countries for which its offered support;
- Provide back-up support to other team members in the absence of some of them;
- Offers supports or suitable training to the new team members
